Lunch
Lunch will be provided by the Wausau School District to Red Granite Charter School K-5 students. Students will eat in the cafeteria of Hewitt-Texas Elementary School. The exact timing of lunch will be determined at a later time and communicated once available. 4K students will not receive lunch but will participate in the preparation of a snack in their classroom.

National School Lunch Program and Good Nutrition's Impact on Students
Nourishing the mind and body daily with healthy foods has a positive impact on a student's ability to learn. The Wausau School District currently offers the School Breakfast Program in all schools. Students eligible for reduced-price meals may have a free breakfast each day. The National School Lunch Program is offered to all students enrolled on a full-time basis.
